A very busy hotel but an excellent stay nonetheless. My advice for anybody booking this hotel is that the executive lounge access is well worth it. The breakfast in the morning is very good and needed as there are few restaurants that open that early in Tokyo. The shuttle to Shinjuku station is also an excellent service and extremely punctual. I had packages from Amazon delivered to concierge without issue and you are notified once your package arrives. Highly recommend!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Staff was extremely helpful and respectful. The one service that would have been nice is if the hotel had a coffee and hot tea bar that was available especially during times when the Chocolate bar was closed. Very inconvenient to have to call room service, visit one of the restaurants, or walk to one of the nearby coffee shops for a decent cup of tea. The machine in the room are not thoroughly cleaned so tea always have a coffee taste. Thank you.

New Year’s Eve in Tokyo
We were in Tokyo to celebrate the New Year’s festivities. The staff was exceptional. The room was comfortable and we successfully brought in the new year.

The train station located beneath the hotel is incredibly convenient for traveling. Additionally, the hotel offers a complimentary shuttle bus every 20 minutes to Shinjuku Station. The front desk manager, Waly, greets us daily and is extremely helpful with our inquiries about navigating Tokyo. We will definitely return to this hotel on our next visit to Tokyo.
