Good hotel at Ginza
It’s located at the best part of Ginza with a lot of shops around. But not many cafe around 200-300 meters. Convenient to transport around at Tokyo

Great stay in a convenient location close to shopping, restaurants and subways. Loved that it’s also walking distance to tsukiji market for breakfast. The onsen was nice to have after a long day of walking. Rooms were a bit small so it’s expected in Tokyo.

It was way too expensive. I booked it at the rate of $160 per night, but I was charged close to $700. They were anxious for me to pay before check in, only one person could speak English. Couldn’t even accommodate to call a taxi to a cruise terminal. Cramped room. It was a nightmare of a stay for me. I will never recommend this to anyone.

We loved our stay. The room was small but manageable. The spa was fantastic. Our first time in Tokyo and this added further to a memorable introduction to Japan. We will definitely stay again.

We stayed here for 1 night ahead of our flight home from Tokyo. It really felt like our service was poorer because we were only there for 1 night. We called to ask for 4 additional pillows as we had only been provided with 1 each and they were very hard and flat. We were told they only had 2 left, which is either baffling or a lie. When they arrived they both weighed over a kilo and felt like they were full of rice! It resulted in a truly awful nights sleep. The rooms are very hot and the air con doesn’t work properly. This was whilst it was 5c outside so I dread to think what summer would be like. I would definitely not stay again and our other hotel in Tokyo was far superior for half the price. Also not allowed in onson with tattoos which isn’t on the hotel listing.
