Incredibly comfortable bed. Daily clean done to a high standard, but room in need of a refresh and a deep clean (on arrival there was something trodden into the carpet that I was able to remove with a stiff shoe brush and a bit of elbow grease)

Convenient, clean and comfy.
Great hotel with decent sized rooms and good facilities. The location is close to Shinjuku - about a 10 minute walk, but its far enough away to be quiet. Close to metro, short walk to the beautiful gardens and some good restaurants nearby.
