This is in a great location. You can take an above ground crosswalk to Ueno Park and to catch the Yamanote line. The Ginza line is almost directly across. Staff was nice, the onsen is great! And there's an awesome 7-11 half a block away. Room is comfortable enough and the light control is really cool. I was very pleased with the location and onsen and 7-11 and would highly recommend it!

I’ve stayed here a few times and I like how there’s room under the bed to store luggage. Other APA don’t have space under the bed. Ueno has many markets and everything is within walking distance of the station. Very convenient if you arrive from Narita.

The stuffs so friendly and nice. I found elevator front joyo-bank from Ueno station underground walkways. If you have heavy suitcase, its convenient. I’ll be back.

The location is excellent! There is skylines, Metro, JR all within 10 mins walking. The Ueno park is one of the best experience- world class! Breakfast is going. All the staffs are great and helpful. The onsen is a big plus. The only down side is the breakfast restaurant is small but it works. The rooms are small but it is expected in Tokyo.

The property nice and staff was very friendly. Loved the onsen. Room was small as expected since all hotels in Japan are small, but the room had all the amenities as a large hotel room would.
