Location was a 10 minute walk from the station which normally wouldnt feel like a lot, but due to the frequent walking we did and proximity of everything else, it did feel longer than usual. The staff were really kind and helpful and even let us keep our luggage at the hotel past check out since our flight was later in the day. The only downside was there is only one elevator for the whole building so rush hour times meant the elevator was so full and we would have to skip multiple elevators at those times. The rooms were quite tight compared to when we stayed in Osaka, but not too big of a problem.

Great Location and Staff!!
The location is convenient, just a few minutes walk to Ueno Station. The hotel is also relatively close to the National Museum (10-15 minutes). The staff was very helpful (lobby and restaurant). They even helped me with shipping our luggage. The room is clean and alll equipments I need was there. AC works well--if they have a 除湿 function, I would felt more comfortable since I felt the wind was too strong even 弱. It's the rainy season and it's very humid so it's not a big deal, but there was mold in the bathroom.

It’s a bit of a walk to Ueno station, but very convenient if you don’t mind a short walk. Ueno has a direct train to Narita. About a 10 min walk from the hotel. Clean rooms & lovely staff. Stayed for 2 weeks and was very satisfied.

Easy check in and check out. Convenient location and not far from Ueno station and Keisei skyliner train which goes directly to Narita airport.

Room was very small, but ok for an Asian couple. Please avoid if you are a 300lb American ! Furthermore, the staff were quite useless and told us to "search online" when we asked them questions. This is probably the first time a hotel staff has told me to do that, in my 22 years of travelling .
