One stay here and it was perfect for what I needed. Was able to walk to lots of fun places and the hotel is convenient to public transport. Room was tiny but was well appointed nonetheless and room was surprised quiet on the weeknight I stayed there. Registration staff spoke fluent English which was convenient for me. Would stay again for sure.

It is known that the rooms in Apa hotels and most in Japan are very small, it is a bit surprising when you are not used to that. But in every other aspect, perfect hotel if you want to stay close to that area.

This stay was very comfortable I will stay again if there is available rooms. The is a high end but mid price room with all the amenities. Very nice rooms and views. Great location that is walkable to all kinds of entertainment and food.

This place was nice! It was really close to the Toho Cinema, Godzilla Head, and Kabukicho. I can walk out at anytime and find myself in the night life and food. Its close to Shinjuku by a 15min walk. Its looks like an older building, there is no public bath, laundry nor ice machine which is inconvenient. I regret not booking the other Apa Hotel which was a 3min walk from this location! Overall I would stay here if it was a short stay.. I need my laundry washer/dryer.

Staff was great, very nice. The free breakfast buffet was good. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable though. Very stiff. The pillow was horrible too. Overall not too bad, just an uncomfortable sleeping experience
