A nice location close to the metro and JR line. Facilities are clean and easily accessed. I would note that the area around the hotel is pretty noisy into the night with emergency vehicles, people, traffic... so if thats not something you are used to or you have small children needing to sleep then you may want to book elsewhere. However, I didnt mind the noise and was able to sleep alright.

The room was exactly as described on the website. It's small but I was expecting that. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Very convenient and near several train stations. Room was so clean and the bed was amazingly comfortable.

Walking distance to Tokyo Station, taking about 20 minuses when I walked slowly, two subway stations nearby, and Keiyo Line is good for going to Chiba. Two chain restaurants around and they open almost 24 hours … the prices of hotel was reasonable too…
