Staff were friendly and helpful, unfortunately the room was not in good condition and very small, it was dusty, the night light would turn on if you hit the headboard, the mattress was uncomfortable and there was red splatters on sections of the room wall that had not been cleaned off. Convenient location to the train station, best for one guest not couples based on the size of room.

Very quiet despite being in the heart of Akihabara. Very convenient two minute walk to the subway with connections to all major tourist destinations. Very clean and the staff were outstanding
