The staff is super nice. However the room is really small. Not much room to maneuver if you have a checked luggage, a carry on and laptop backpack, and traveled solo. Hard to imagine two people can fit in the room.

Room was in average condition with moderate wear and tear. Fairly sure we booked a non smoking room however it smelled as though had been used for smokers previously, check out time is really early 10am, if you want to extend the check out hours it costs ¥2000p/h. Decent price and friendly staff though.

This hotel was great! We were lucky enough to get a corner room which had a little hall way so we could lay all our suitcases out. The staff were so nice and accommodating! The area is fantastic, so many shops and restaurants! And the train station is only a couple minutes walk. Overall fantastic!

Before booking this hotel, I had heard that APA hotel rooms are all quite small and that proved to be true with this one. Was that an issue for me? Absolutely not! I was travelling solo though, so I am not sure how it would be with another person, but for me it was perfect. Just what I needed, an affordable and clean place to stay, while I was off exploring every day. It is the smallest room I've ever stayed in, but it's cozy and I actually really liked it. It has a really good sized bed, mini fridge, nice tv and I loved the desk. Had a little open closet by the door, which had plenty of space for my suitcase so it was kept out of the way. The staff were always very friendly and helpful. I absolutely loved the location! It is close to subway stations, so it is very easy to get around. I loved walking around the area at night, though the vibe during the day was also fantastic. I was able to do a late check-out. I could have simply kept my bags in their storage area, but it worked out better for me to just extend my stay by 3 hours. It's only been a week, but I already miss it!

We stayed here a few weeks ago and came back to be closer to the airport before we left. The room was got this time was much nicer. It was the end unit which gave us much more space than before. There was 1 downside as the air conditioner had a slight odour that was almost a stale wet air. Other then that it was fine.

I liked it was close to the train station. Didn’t like the condition of the room. We had black mild on the hallway beside our room and the wallpaper was bubbling and there was a hole in the wall. So just a torn room you could say. The room was also small. For me and my wife we could barely fit our 2 medium sized suitcases in here. Only 1 could be opened at a time. No continental breakfast, and the cafe wasn’t that great. Bed was ok as well. All in all, the hotel itself was fine, just needed some updates and maintenance.

The staff were extremely kind and helpful. The room is exceedingly clean and I ended up with a really good view of Tokyo. It is easy to walk from the hotel to Akihabara and Senso-ji Temple, there is a train station minutes away where you can catch a train to places like Shinjuku or Harajuku, and there are no shortages of convenience stores within a few minute walk. The area felt safe, even at night. I had an amazing stay and would stay here again.

I like the communication through the tv screen and when they are coming to clean the room. Fresh towels and yukata are also provided everyday even if they are not cleaning the room for the day. The station is close to asakusa line. If you are flying in and from Haneda airport, this is a one train ride without transfer, that’s a big plus if you have many luggages. It is also one station away from Akihabara.
