"We loved our stay at this property. The house was large, well maintained, and was very clean (that’s a BIG issue for us). This place had a washer and a dryer.The deck has comfortable seating with a fireplace. All that pails when compared to the views. Property is conveniently located in Rotorua yet out of the way enough to overlook the city. My wife kept joking that we should buy the place. Owner was very responsive to any question we had. Check in/out was as easy as opening and closing a lockbox. We would definitely stay there again on our next visit. "

"Fantastic 2 bedroom cottage style home. You do share property with a home located next to cottage however this did not affect our stay at all. Cottage was clean, comfortable and had everything you needed. And at the end of the day we absolutely loved coming back for a soak in the outdoor spa. Communication with host was excellent. All made for a wonderful stay."

"This was a good place to stay and would like to do it again but it wasn't clear that there wasn't internet. We didn't know until we saw the note. It was fine but I didn't know that. BBQ and the hot tub was a great addition! "

"Great stay, would book again. Communication with the Motel, prior to stay, was excellent I enquired about a very late check-in, manager gave me a number to ring when we got there. Turned out didn't need to, but really appreciated the manager being so great - no issue to check in late, took heaps of stress off. When we got there manager took me to room and gave me a run down on everything, including how to work the tv. Can't remember the last time that happened - again really appreciated it. Thank you!!"
