"I booked this for the first few days of my time in Brasov, because I was waiting for my AirBnb to be ready. I was going to be in town for a month and needed a place to cook. There is no kitchen or common room here. Be aware that it's just a bed in the middle of the busiest, most touristy part of town. "Perfectly located in the centre of the old town, with a great breakfast. Lacked a bar on site, but plenty of options nearby. Only negative was that the room was so hot, and there didn't seem to be any way of controlling it. My room looked out on to an inner courtyard so not a lot of natural light coming in. The front facing options perhaps better in this regard. Overall i would recommend."

"Very difficult for parking but not only this property sinceはは it's in central. We stayed with kids and mini dog for 9 nights and loved their interior and enough space to feel comfortable. One thing note that there's no grills and oven only microwave/electric kettle/coffee maker so you cannot cook except microwave meals or warm it up. "We stayed in the Avantgard apartment and while the location was great; right in the centre of the old town, within walking distance to many cafes, restaurants and shops, the apartment did have a few issues. It faces the main road so it was quite noisy throughout the night. The apartment itself is also very creaky, especially the loft where the bed is.
