"Breakfast was excellent. The hotel is next to the train station. Provided umbrella for rainy days. We had a big dog and they were very accommodating. Staff were friendly. Rooms have lots of storage. Bed was comfortable. TV was big. The room felt like an apartment rather than a hotel room. Clean and cozy. Hotel is very beautiful in a quiet neighborhood next to a few restaurants and supermarketa. "

"Alice at the front desk was very helpful and knowledgeable. We arrived too early for check in, so she allowed us to store our bags in a locked room, while went to tour the Rhine Waterfall. She even told us walking directions to the near by train station, and told us which trains to take. Very courteous and friendly."

"The rooms that we've stayed in ( 2 rooms for a family of 6) are very comfortable with tv, very family-friendly, the washroom is very clean even my kids love it , the place itself is quiet and very convenient since it is near the airport, train stations, walkable restaurants, ample parking for our van as well as those tour buses. The restaurant in the hotel serves also good food if you don't feel like going out. When we come back to Switzerland, I would still book again this hotel for my family."
