"Staff was wonderful, attentive and kind. My daughter has food allergies and they worked with us to provide safe and delicious meals. The rooms were excellent- clean, comfortable and quiet. We had an excellent experience here!"

"Amazing small hotel great that it has additional indoors pool included in the proce of the room helps when the weather is not great as the outdoor pool is not heated. Great room even small one is including balcony and is quite spacious. Only improvement I would suggest is more choices in the restaurant as after 2 days of lunch and dinner you might feel like you tried everything. Pool menu is a nice alternative as you can order just a small sandwich btw amazing focaccia with mozzarella 😍"

"This agritourismo had everything we were hoping for in our visit to Umbria -- a scenic location, comfortable accommodations in historic country buildings and a friendly, welcoming host. The views are amazing and take in olive groves, vineyards and golden fields of grain. The rooms are equipped with with every comfort and our host prepared a delicious breakfast and was ready to answer questions and help us with directions every morning. "The view is stunning, the rooms are not. The staff varies some nice, mostly very unhelpful. The view makes upfield the horrible broken shower and the beetles in the room."

"My husband and I absolutely loved our stay here! We stayed in the Spade room and it was so cute. We loved the decorations and the look of the room. We were greeted with a friendly, smiling face when we arrived and immediately led to our room. The view on the property is gorgeous, and we loved the friendly cats that hang around outside! "We were 7 adults all over 50 years old. There were ample bedrooms and baths. We used the villa primarily as a base to get out and see Umbria, e.g., Todi, Spoleto, Spello, Assisi, Montefalco, Orvieto. The villa is much too nice just to be used as a base, it has great views on a large, beautiful property with many sitting and lying possibilities. Gian is the best host possible, always ready to assist, advise, recommend, AND available. A great place and a wonderful host."
