"My husband, son and my parents enjoyed our weekend getaway to celebrate thanksgiving. The home was absolutely beautiful, they had everything you could possibly think of. Down to a baby gate! Which was a life saver for us, with my very curious 10-month-old! We saw a few deer; enjoyed a beautiful snow fall. The lake looked absolutely beautiful snow covered. We would love to vacation at this home again. Owners answered any question I had leading up to this trip in a timely matter. Highly recommend staying at this home! "

After requesting checkin instructions multiple times from host for three days by myself AND VRBO customer support, with no response whatsoever from the host, I texted her directly and FINALLY got a response back almost 2 hours later, leas than 20 hours before checkin, stating “oh sorry I’m going have to cancel your reservation. The property wasn’t supposed to be available on VRBO… mind you this was booked AND paid for in full months ago! Thank goodness for the help of the VRBO staff in finding a place for us on such short notice!"
