Hotel is in a great location, right in the town centre. The hotel is surrounded by beautiful cobbled streets with many lovely little eclectic, independent shops in which you could spend many happy hours pottering! When we arrived we were greeted by Wayne who instantly made us feel very welcome. He couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful and during dinner, which we had in the hotel restaurant, he couldn't do enough for us. Lots of great banter too! The food was delicious and incredibly good value. Our room, no 28, was very spacious, loads of room for bags etc, overlooking the road to the front, but there was absolutely no noise from outside. The bar and restaurant area are really nice with a lovely, relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. The hotel is only a ten minute drive to Longleat and the Aqua Sana Spa. There is secure parking behind the hotel. Really can't fault anything about our stay. Can't recommend highly enough. "
