Na chegada tomei um susto ao ver que meu quarto saia para um saguão, onde inclusive os hóspedes poderiam ficar ate parados conversando. O quarto e muito pequeno. Mal conseguíamos nos locomover no quarto. Parecia que era um quarto que foi improvisado. O atendimento foi educado, porem muito direto, dando impressão de que estava me fazendo um favor. Mas no fim deu tudo certo e conseguíamos dormir de forma satisfatória. O local e limpo e o cafe da manha é bom.

Parece, mas não é bom!
A localização não é boa para uma viagem a Tiradentes: não é próxima o suficiente para ir a pé ao centro histórico e de carro não se encontra estacionamentos. Inconcebível uma pousada de um lugar frio, em que o inverno é seu ápice, não ter agua quente na pia. Chuveiro fraco e que não aquece direito. Mas o ponto chave é o café da manhã: produtos de qualidade questionável, mal armazenados e até estragados foram encontrados (leite, presunto e iogurtes, por exemplo), além de fracos de sabor. Algo que não condiz com a culinária da região e da própria Minas Gerais. Mobiliário claramente precisando de manutenção, alguns itens quase que abandonados no jardim e no próprio quarto. Única coisa que salvou foi o colchão. Sobre o atendimento, a princípio parece bom, mas não gostei. Já estive em Tiradentes mais de uma dezena de vezes e considerei isso na minha avaliação. Enfim, não ficaria novamente. Uma pena, pois aparentemente poderia ser melhor condizida a administração do lugar.

Pousada encantadora
No quarto, lençóis, travesseiros e toalhas com cheirinho de limpeza, bastante agradável. O ambiente encanta desde os quartos até a sala interna e na parte externa, com sofás e poltronas, aproveitando com bom gosto o espaço, tendo uma piscina para refrescar os hóspedes nos dias de maior calor. O café da manhã apresentado com todo cuidado, carinho e capricho: pães, bolos e tortas doces e salgadas, queijos frescos, omelete, sucos de frutas naturais, frutas frescas cortadas em pequenos pedaços, mel e geleias, doce de leite, torradas quentinhas, pamonha etc. Um delicioso banquete matinal num espaço rodeado de janelas dando vista à grande, bela e misteriosa Serra de São José. Aroma, sabor e aspectos visuais são restaurados em cada detalhe, aliado à simpatia das cozinheiras, faxineiras e da própria proprietária, esta sempre atenta em dar acolhimento, sentido e encanto aos hóspedes.

Excelente opção de estadia em Tiradentes
Passamos apenas uma diária na Pousada Papyrus, mas foi uma experiência muito agradável. Quarto e banheiro espaçosos, ducha maravilhosa, cama muito confortável e ambiente bem tranquilo e silencioso. O jardim é muito bem cuidado com espaços para descanso e relax bonitos e agradáveis. A vista para a Serra São José é um espetáculo à parte. E, para quem gosta de caminhar, o Centro fica bem perto, não necessitando utilizar o carro (o que é uma maravilha em Tiradentes). O café da manhã é delicioso, com variedade e qualidade. Diferencial para o atendimento, pois são todos muito atenciosos, agradáveis e prestativos. Com certeza irei voltar mais vezes.
