"PROS - Nicely renovated hotel, and the room was large, clean and comfortable. It was quiet (though there were just a handful of guests in this off-season). The front desk clerk weekdays is very nice, and the management family is on-site all the time. Plenty of restaurants nearby but would suggest driving. "Everything was fine until my wife and I woke up and she found a roach crawling in the bed near her pillows. We also found a dead roach in the living room next to the refrigerator. I think that the exterminator needs to come into Room 418 and spray the entire room. Other than that everything else was fine. The Staff was very friendly."

I fell in the parking lot and they were most helpful in getting me to the right motel, which was Best Western, and your people at the desk was very helpful to getting me medical attention."

"The hotel makes you feel like you are in a bigger city, but with small town hospitality. It is perfectly located in downtown Macon and walkable to many venues, restaurants, and bars. Valet parking only, but they are very attentive and polite. Highly recommend!!!"
