"i even couldnt check in, because there is no parking anywhere around this hotel for may be 6 km square ,the area is so unsafe , the street to the hotel barely fits one car and there were a lot of motorcycles parking there ,i barely could get out of that area safe , and it took me more than an hour to get out and then i ran away. its a pure scam."

One of us was given a room change because the issue could not be fixed quickly and that was also very much appreciated to be given a new room with everything in working order.
