"Very nice stay at a place about a five-mile drive from downtown Rhinebeck. The modern inn did not breakfast and snacks were not available, however the room was well stocked with coffee and tea. Harlow is among the trending lodgings where the innkeepers are not always around. However we stayed on a Thursday and Friday night so its possible things might have been a little different on the weekend."

To have a good check-in experience, make sure you visit his rental website to reply to check-in questions - replying to emails from that website will not reach him. My daughter had recently broken her leg and that part made the hotel minorly difficult. 1 of the 2 elevators was not functional and with no stairs leading to the lobby, very busy. If was difficult to get a wheelchair into the elevator, as its was usually full with people. We waited on average 10 mintues to get enough room for the wheelchair. The stairwells were also confusing as you decend to the bottom floor, which you would assume is the lobby its in...
