"I was exhaust on arrival, turned off my cell and went to sleep. Unfortunately, the pre-arranged rental was not there when my daughter landed at JFK. Failing to reach me, she called my wife, who reached the Quality Inn. Thunu, the person on duty at 10:15, went to the trouble to hunt down my room and put her through. Happily, my daughter managed to grab the last car at another company."

"Super cute and charming accommodations. Room was modern and very clean. Complimentary coffee and hot chocolate in lobby was a nice touch on a very cold winter day! Lobby also very clean and decorated nicely. There weren’t any smells as some hotels / motels may have. I was very pleased and felt the value exceeded the money spent for our stay!"
