"Place was as described to accommodate our large group. It was about 20 minutes from the airport and 45 minutes into Edinburgh. Lots of eating places locally and shops to eat in. Had all the linens and soaps we needed. Could use some towel racks in the bathrooms and mirrors in the bedrooms. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend place to others looking to explore the area."

"I can’t put into words how stunning this place is! The host had the place all decorated for Christmas since we were there for the festivities which was great as we had a little one with us. The house is very spacious and was spotless! Only bit of feedback I have is that the kitchen utensils could be doing with an update. "The location is where we wanted due to location. However, the property was not setup for our group size. Having to play rock, paper, sizzors for who got a plate or fork was not enjoyable (we ended up buying our own to add to the property). I would say the kitchen lacked many elements. Overall the home felt a bit like the bachelor days of college with a random collection of barely hanging in there furniture items (careful on the chairs). Honestly if you don't have to be in Livingston pass on...

"The property comfortably slept all 10 adults & 4 children to help celebrate my 60th birthday. The weather wasn’t great but there was still plenty of things to do / games to play in the house, with enough space so as not to feel cramped. Very comfortable house."

"Host Matt was very accommodating, place was very comfortable, clean. We stayed nine days and travelled in every direction from there. Close to town for groceries. "The house is on a main road but once we found it and our way around to park at the side, it was easy. The house was very clean and well presented and warmed up quickly. The provision of milk, bread, eggs and butter was a lovely touch but I had ordered a shopping delivery so we had extra to take home. We cooked in the kitchen and it was very well equipped.
