"Great hotel with amazing staff. I organised my proposal in the skyline suite and the hotel manager Chiara went out of her way to make sure everything went smoothly - I can't thank her enough. Also, to the young front desk lady in the hijab who checked me in very quickly so I could get my key, thank you. The room itself was clean, spacious and nicely decorated."

"A very nice place, had a good smell, I loved the bathroom. It was so cold but there was a heater in the room. Bathtub was my favorite part of the hotel. The views were immaculate from my room of the tower bridge. "

"I booked the room with no window, in the picture there was a fold down small desk/shelf. There was not one in the room. There was 1 small bed side table one side of the double bed as the other side of the bed was pushed up flush against the wall. Absolutely fine for single occupancy but I feel the room would be too small if there was two of us. The room was clean, bed was comfy and warm and the showere was nice and powerful. Thecprice was very reasonable compared to the other hotels in the area. The hotel staff were welcoming and friendly. As it was only me in the room I had a very pleasant stay. I would definately use again."
