Rocha Views is located on a small hill with incredible views over banana and avocado plantations onto the sea on the west side of the island. Its location allows the guests to enjoy the sun all throughout the day.

The property is located at roughly 350 meters above sea level which guarantees day time temperature of 26 C in the summer and 22 C in the winter. Between October and April there are 3 days of rain per month on average, while the rest of the year is dry.

The villa has three double bedrooms (king size beds) and two bathrooms, a living room with panoramic views to the sea thanks to the 2 meters wide glass door and fully equipped kitchen. Outside there is a large south-facing patio which is ideal for breakfast. The west side of the house is wrapped by a long terrace, perfect for capturing the beautiful sunsets. On the north side of the property there is a private outdoor space - great for al fresco lunch or dinner.

La Prosperidad supermarket is well stocked and only 3 minutes away by car. Next to it there is a small bar / restaurant that serves delicious traditional Spanish dishes like tortilla, croquets, etc. They also do take away.

The closest beach is Puerto de Tazacorte, roughly 15 minutes by car. This volcanic beach, hence the black sand, is the largest on the island. The pleasant temperatures make it possible to swim all year around.

Schöner Urlaub in einer tollen Unterkunft
Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einer ruhigen Lage mit tollem Ausblick auf das Meer. Highlight ist der Pool. Guter Ausgangspunkt für schöne Wandertouren. Sehr netter persönlicher Empfang mit Obst und Wein. In jeder Hinsicht zu empfehlen.

We werden hartelijk verwelkomd door Genni. Ze is een zeer aangename gastvrouw en behulpzaam. De villa was perfect: zeer goed uitgerust met allerhande benodigdheden, welkomstpakket met streeksgebonden en vooral zéér proper. Om bij de villa te geraken heb je zeker een (huur)auto nodig. We hebben erg genoten van de stille omgeving, het prachtig uitzicht, zeer leuk zwembad, de hagedissen rondom en vooral de sterren aan de hemel die erg goed zichtbaar zijn. Het was gewoon genieten van begin tot het einde...

Idyllische Villa mit Aussicht
Ein wunderschönes Haus mit traumhaftem Ausblick auf das Meer, große Terrasse mit sagenhaftem Pool. Gennifer hat bei der Anreise bereits auf uns gewartet, uns willkommen geheißen und alles erklärt, wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles von Beginn bis Ende unkompliziert und immer mit Rat und Tat an unserer Seite, wenn wir eine Frage hatten. Alles, was man braucht, ist da: Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Seife, Kochuntensilien für die Küche und die Outdoor-Küche, es ist für alles gesorgt. Dazu noch sauber mit jeder Menge Platz für uns. Einkaufen waren wir im Supermarkt, der mit dem Auto flott zu erreichen ist. Auch den Kiosquo haben wir ausprobiert, es war sehr lecker und die Inhaber sehr freundlich und geduldig. Zur Begrüßung eine Flasche Wein, Eier und Avocados. Auch das hat uns natürlich riesig gefreut. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub. Danke!!!!!!!!!!

Tout s'est très très bien passé ! Super content , tout est dispo pour passer de superbes moments de détente, de partage en famille et amis. Nous y étions pour la Transvulcania, et c'était très pratique d'être aussi proche de Los LLanos et du mirador del Time au km 60 de la course. Puerto de Tazacorte est très proche pour aller se reposer à la plage et profiter d'un restaurant de cuisine locale vue sur mer. Sinon il y a plein de belles choses à voir dans les environs proche (moins de 1h de voiture).

Entspannter und abwechslungsreicher Urlaub
Wir haben eine Woche als Familie in diesem wunderschönen Haus verbracht. Ruhige Lage, alles sauber und gut ausgestattet. Hier kann man nicht nur gut entspannen und abschalten, sondern hat auf der Insel auch unzählige Wandermöglichkeiten mit gut ausgeschilderten Wegen. Der nächste Supermarkt ist 3 Autominuten entfernt und hatte auch Sonntag Vormittag auf. Vielen Dank auch an Genni für den netten Empfang mit Obst und Wein und die freundliche Kommunikation! Einfach nur Traumhaft
Ein wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit allem Komfort in einer absoluten ruhigen Traumlage! Der Pool ist wunderbar! Genni hatte für uns Nespresso Kapseln, eine gekühlte Flasche Wein, leckere Bananen, Orangen, Avocados und einen ganzen Korb voll Eier bereitgestellt. So ein schöner Empfang! Es gab mehr als ausreichend Hand-und Badetücher. Es fehlte absolut an Nichts! Sogar für Grillkohle und Anzünder war gesorgt. Wir hatten selten ein so perfekt ausgestattetes Ferienhaus. Wir werden wohl wiederkommen müssen ;)

Ein wunderschönes Häuschen in toller Lage, ruhig inmitten von Avocados, rundum alles perfekt, die Küche optimal ausgestattet. Hervorzuheben ist der Pool. Wir hatten ein kleines Problem mit dem TV, lag vielleicht auch an uns. Optimale Zufahrt zur Wohnung. Die Übergabe der Schlüssel hat sehr gut geklappt. Wir werden gerne wieder kommen.

Tolles Haus, toller Blick, tolle Gastgeberin, tolle Erholung
Wir waren als Familie zu viert für eine Woche zu Gast. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld war schnell und gut. Der Check Inn kurz und unkompliziert. Einige Früchte und Getränke standen als Begrüßung bereit. Die Gastgeberin war während des Urlaubs jederzeit per WhatsApp erreichbar. Das Haus war sauber und mit drei Schlafzimmern, zwei Bädern, einem Pool und der Terrasse mit dem schönen Blick genau richtig für eine Familie. Wir haben uns gut erholt und können das Haus und die Gastgeberin weiterempfehlen.

Traumhafter Aufenthalt im September
Wir waren zum 1. Mal auf La Palma und es hat uns so gut gefallen das wir bestimmt noch einmal wiederkommen. Und dann auf jeden Fall in Genni‘s Haus. Das Haus hat einen wunderschönen Ausblick und es fehlt an nichts. Es ist mehr als genug vorhanden. Es gibt genügend Geschirr, gute Pfannen und Töpfe, scharfe Messer usw. Der Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und alles war sehr, sehr sauber. Der Außenbereich ist ein Traum. Pool, Ausblick. Ausstattung -perfekt. Ein großer Dank geht an Genni: Sie ist eine tolle Gastgeberin!! Liebe Grüße Toni und Bianca

wunderschönes Ferienhaus
Wir hatten einen super schönen Urlaub. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Das Ferienhaus ist super ausgestattet. Wir sind bei der Ankunft von der Eigentümerin herzlich begrüßt worden. Zu unser Überraschung hatte sie uns Eier, eine Melone und leckere kanarische Bananen bereitgestellt. Nicht nur das Ferienhaus, sondern auch der Außenbereich ist top ausgestattet. Nicht zu vergessen, der Infinitypool mit Blick auf das Meer. Wir können das Ferienhaus weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Ein wirklich sehr schönes Haus mit einer sehr guten Ausstattung inkl Kapselmaschine und Milchaufschäumer. Es waren zur Begrüßung Obst, Eier und eine Flasche Rotwein da. Auch der Reinigungsservice nach einer Woche ist wirklich toll. Wir bekamen zur Reinigung noch eine weitere Flasche Rotwein und Bananen und Eier. Das Haus liegt direkt an einer Nebenstraße. Es fahren jedoch sehr wenige Autos auf dieser Straße. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war sehr gut. Vielen Dank für die wunderschöne Zeit.

Schönes Ruhiges Haus
Wir waren mit 2 Paaren in dem Haus, es ist trotz der Straße direkt davor sehr ruhig, nachts waren nur die Hähne der Umgebung zu hören. In dem Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man im Urlaub braucht, auch der Pool war im November mit 22° noch warm genug. Die Lage auf der Insel (der vielen Kurven) ist gut weil man alles mit dem Auto gut erreichen kann.
