"Absolutely loved our three days here, wish we were staying longer. Everything was fabulous - the friendly staff, the rooftop bar, the craft beers, the excellent breakfast spread. Highly recommend and hope to return next time."

"We stayed one week at this large holiday resort in La Palma with stunning views and several great swimming pools. The resort is family-friendly and offers plenty of amenities. However, the check-in process was frustrating, taking over an hour after a long journey. While the rooms were clean, they clearly needed maintenance, with noticeable mold in the bathrooms. The food at the Food Market was okay but often overcooked and dry, and the coffee was disappointing. Overall, it’s a decent option for families but could improve in key areas."

"We spent a week on La Palma to celebrate New Year and to enjoy some winter sun. The weather was perfect for us (around 23 degrees each day). The villa is just as nice as the pictures show and was really well equipped. We had everything we needed to cook, including plenty of essentials (oil, spices, etc). "The location and views are stunning.Overall premises give great first impression, terrace and privacy was great.However we didn’t like that some stuff in the kitchen were covered in mould and overall it smelled with dump.According to the listning for stays above 7 nights there was supposed to be a cleaning service but there wasn't any. I wouldn’t recommend this stay for winter months as it gets cold inside the house, especially in the bathroom where window can't be closed."

"Excellent value for money in a lovely setting, the half board buffet was good quality. All staff were friendly. I stayed after getting off a cruise and was allowed access to my room at 10am, this was really appreciated. Would definitely return to the hotel. It is beside a beautiful beach and lovely coastal walk."
