"Von Puntagorda aus läßt sich die Insel gut mit Tagestouren erkunden. Für Wanderer ein günstiger Ausgangspunkt. Die Unterkunft ist einfach, aber sauber, großzügig und alles, was benötigt wird ist vorhanden. Einkaufen und Restaurant sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. "The apartments are very clean. Hotel restaurants are very nice. The bathroom need a little maintenance and modernization. There was a storm brewing and the hotel just left a flyer stating stay indoors a little more information would have been beneficial. "

"Enjoyed our 3 night stay. Modern, clean comfortable room with fantastic views. Staff were friendly and helpful. Food was good generally but grilled meats were chewy. Ample parking at the hotel but for a fee (10 euros/day). However, parking can be found along the road approaching the hotel. Area surrounding the hotel was quiet with few dining options."

"Excellent location on a quiet pedestrian precinct. Spacious superior room,clean and comfortable on upper floor with sea view. The best asset of any hotel is its staff who were all extremely polite, helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend this hotel to any age group."

"The gardens in which the hotel is built are beyond comparison, a real oasis. The pool is very attractive, with plenty of sunbed area around it. The beach, the local restaurants, the little shops and the bus stop are all very close, and there is a good walking route to the town of Santa Cruz avoiding the main road (50 mins)."
