"The condo was very comfortable and the communication with the hosts was easy. We had a minor issue while there and they responded quickly and got it fixed. The location is a long walk from downtown Helen but a short drive and is quiet and peaceful. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was fully equipped. It’s a good place to stay if visiting Helen. "

"The property was very spacious and clean. You do have to go up several steps to the entrance and can be a challenge with luggage. We had an issue with hot water being available in all rest rooms. Also, the outlets didn’t work in one bedroom. Overall we enjoyed our stay! "

"We wanted to have a place that was close to town and had a full kitchen so we can cook our own food instead of going out to eat. Location is good. Space worked well for us. Now it was during Christmas so temperature was cold. There is a wall mounted unit in the living room that provides AC and heat. There is no ventilation ducts to move the heat throughout the apartment. To heat the bedrooms there is a space heater in the back bedroom and a small table top space heater for the front bedroom....

" The location was perfect. Beds were comfortable. I never could get ahold of anyone to tell when we checked out, because I couldn’t get a signal from the Valhalla Resort - where we had a fabulous breakfast!! Might suggest a few more drinking glasses. But that wasn’t a big deal since we were only there 1 night. Will definitely be back!"

"This was a beautiful property, in a great location. River front, and then walkable to everything in Helen. The property it self was cozy but roomy for 2 adults & 4 children/teens. We really enjoyed our stay, property management was very responsive and courteous. We would definitely stay here again."
