"We really loved the location because it was close to everything the amount of space was great for our family, but I was not happy with the house and the condition it was in, we had a lot of issues in the house, the plumbing was backing up into the pipes and rooms were over flowing with sewerage, it smelled really bad, when it stormed some of the rooms off the pool were flooding as well, there was dirty dishes left under sink and garbage in the dressers. "We stay here almost every time we're in PR. We don't like fancy and its perfect for us. We prefer small and friendly. The owner Angel is very kind and will do anything to help you if needed. We've stayed probably 6-8 ish times now and will continue coming here. Its away from the hustle of bigger cities but still a beautiful beach and view. "

"Angel worked us in on a same-day booking and met with us at 9:00pm for check and was truly a holiday life-saver (thanks to a different VRBO booking never responding on check in). Nice amenities and right next to ocean (more surfing spot rather than swimming, but pool was nice as well). With more times notice and some updates, this place could easily be 5 star. Again, super thanks to Angel for the last-minute accomodations."
