"Loved the decorations in this home. Communication with the property manager was top-notch. She even helped us get an extra beach chair since there was only one available. (That would be my only recommendation—that there be enough beach shares to accommodate the number of people that can stay in the house, and that they be the kind of chairs that recline. Other than that, we literally have no complaints.) It’s a great place! Highly recommend"

"Excellent property. Closest beach to soak in is Mar Chiquita- super close, can walk there. And playa Los Tubos a very short drive. Beach in front of property is nice to walk and sit and relax. Apartment is in excellent condition. "

The location can’t be beat - it is safe, quiet and within close walking distance of both a great pool and the ocean. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, plus grocery stores, etc. The owner was terrific and responded immediately to any questions. Highly, highly recommend this property!"

"Nice property, very clean. But one of the bathroom 🚿 showershead needed fixing, and I did the reach out to host and the owner, about that. So we just took a shower in the one bathroom that the showershead was working.."

"We really loved the location because it was close to everything the amount of space was great for our family, but I was not happy with the house and the condition it was in, we had a lot of issues in the house, the plumbing was backing up into the pipes and rooms were over flowing with sewerage, it smelled really bad, when it stormed some of the rooms off the pool were flooding as well, there was dirty dishes left under sink and garbage in the dressers. Amazing getaway.

"This home was absolutely amazing. We had thirteen people, and it comfortably accommodated all of us. Nelson, our host was amazing. He even dropped by with a Box of frozen goodies for us. I would recommend this for anybody. Looking to go to puerto rico, nice centralized area, perfect for our family. "
