"What an absolute disaster! I booked this boat and I called the number no less than six times could not contact with anyone. Hotels.com did try to help me they could not contact anyone. So at 6 o’clock at night I was left with no place to stay and no one contacted me. I am sitting here the next day and no one has ever reached out to me. I lost my money. Hotels.com only gave me a $25 credit."

"Excellent. I am in Florida for disaster relief. No other hotels available. The owner made sure I had a place to stay and helped with anything needed. Yes, you are staying on a boat however, they make sure you are able to get to your car at whatever time to make it to work at whatever time day or night with free overnight parking.
