"Juerge and Lili were amazing host! I rate them 10 out of 10. They were really supportive in providing information about the island. The do's and don'ts. I liked that they were very helpful even when it had to do with issues not even related to the accommodation. Every other day housekeeping ensured sufficient cleaning of our little villa and availability of clean towels! A must for tourist constantly going to the beach and enjoying nightlife❤️. "The music by the pool was horrible. One minute mc hammer can’t touch this, shop by salt n pepper and literally the next was old time rock and roll song blasting. Adult pool had no music whatsoever. Staff was great and rooms were clean. Could use some updating outdoors. Great location, safe and good food. The ocean had really cool trampoline looking flotations that were amazing to lay on."

"Omar (concierge) went above and beyond in assisting my husband and I during our visit. He was very personable, provided great dining suggestions, and very hospitable! Our room attendant, Marta Luz, was equally wonderful! She made sure we had what we needed during our stay, and if we were moving a bit slow, she circled back around to our room. "The property was wonderful. Our room walked right out to the pool area which was like an oasis. If you stay here I would recommend that you have a car available as it is 5-10 minute walk to other services, and maybe 30 minutes to the main areas of Noord. Carlos the manager was great. He provided lots of great advice and was very enthusiastic. "

"I stayed a week long it was really cute. They have fresh water soon as you walk in . The room was nice but when taking a shower the whole room started to sweat. The tv only had 4 channels.and the rooms are not soundproof i heard everything. Those are the only downsides. The free breakfast was so cute i wish they had lunch too. We had to beat the crowd and came at. 6:30. Staff was amazing. They offered yoga and other activities. Walking distance to the restaurants and beach. "

"I appreciated that the property was not located on the strip. You are surrounded by beautiful residences roughly 6-7 minutes (by car) from downtown Orangestad. Judith from housekeeping always made sure I had clean linens and was kind enough to allow me to practice my Spanish. My room was perfectly sized and I did make use occasionally of the kitchen as in dining out daily can be expensive. They are currently expanding, construction is underway. Can't wait to see the improvements/ new hotel...

"This was our first trip to Aruba, and the Rio Palace was an absolutely beautiful place to stay. The resort is spacious and welcoming, with every staff member making you feel right at home. We stayed in the all-inclusive section, where meals and drinks were part of the package. While my wife and I don’t drink, so I can’t comment on the quality of the cocktails, I did notice plenty of French champagne bottles floating around! The food, however, was exceptional. We were always impressed by the variety offered at every meal. The location of the resort is fantastic—situated in a great part of the island with plenty of entertainment nearby, including restaurants, other resorts, and a ton of activities. Before visiting Aruba, we were frequent guests in Turks and Caicos. Now, we’re torn between the two destinations because each has its own unique vibe. That said, Aruba definitely impressed us with its charm. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone considering a trip to Aruba. It was an unforgettable experience!"

"This property was absolutely beautiful from the design to being within walking distance to Boca Catalina. I highly recommend if you're staying with a small group. Easy check-in and checkout and the host was always there via message. I will be booking this villa again soon. "
