" The ladies on the front desk were really kind and courteous and made us feel really welcome. We had dinner for two nights at the hotel which was a buffet so not ideal but still delicious. There is a heated swimming pool, which was lovely given the weather. The hotel can also arrange for numerous short distance trips, such as ones to Pretoria or Soweto, which is what we did. There is no air-conditioning in the room, but the ventilation through openable windows and ceiling fan was perfectly adequate. Amenities available were shower gel, shampoo, body lotion, hand soap, and air freshener in the bathroom . In addition to the wonderful staff, the gardens of the hotel were beautiful and really added to the ambience of our stay."
