"This is a really nice hotel - probably the best one I stayed in on my trip. It's ideally situated right opposite the historic center, lavishly furnished and my room was spacious and light. "My wife and i really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel, however there are a couple of things to mention. Firstly, if you are driving make sure you know exactly where you are going, and that they can provide parking - there is only room for 2 cars in the tunnel to their courtyard. To get to the hotel you have to drive INTO the Citadel. Do not rely on a Sat Nav or you will end up on a narrow cobbled lane below the walls. Not recommended. It is a very old building. You will...

"Casa Savri is a lovely historic small hotel. Because of its historic classification some things can’t be changed, so for example be prepared to carry around your big old keys to get into your room and the hotel front door. "This is a special place, not to be missed. In the beautiful traditional town of Viscri the hotel is warm and inviting. The staff are lovely, asking us what we’d like all the time and doing everything they could to make us feel comfortable. Food was very tasty, and the hotel owner took us on a guided walk through the forest behind the hotel. There is so much space to relax, and for kids to play in the garden. Highly recommended. "
