"We stopped overnight for the night before getting the ferry. Apartment was central and huge. 3 bedrooms, 2 ensuite with a large living and kitchen area. Staff were wonderful prior to stay allowing us late checkout and arranging lockbox for key as we arrived late. "

"Enjoyed staying at this accommodation. The Hotel was very clean and tidy and the landlord was very friendly. Was a little disappointed that there was no breakfast available as advertised with Hotels.com. Was very close to a few shops and cafes. The Cookhouse restaurant was only across the road as was a local pub. Only took a ten minute walk to the town centre and harbour. The premises are up for sale so don't know what it will be like with the new owners, hopefully on the same par."

"We went to visit the Bridlington Spa for an ELO Tribute concert on the Saturday night. We booked the Brockton for Friday and Saturday not knowing the area but certainly weren’t disappointed. There was plenty free off street parking and a few places on site if available. Once inside Phil the owner made us feel immediately at home and showed us to our room directly. The room was a typical bed and breakfast place but was clean and tidy with the usual tv,tea and coffee, clean fresh towels supplied....

"The landlord was extremely helpful. Allowed us to enter out room early. Was very helpful, had a problem with our tv came and changed it straight away. Nothing seem to a trouble i didnt want an egg, took it off no problem. The breakfast was a full english, and was excellent. There was absolutely no grease on plate and tasted yummy. Had a big pot of tea with breakfast, which is good as myself and friend drink a lot of tea lol. I havent slept in a single bed since i left home quite a few years ago....

"Great reception nothing was too much trouble. Parked the car and able to walk easily round town and beaches. Rooms cleaned daily, and for a change real coffee in the room. Microwave if required. We’ll be back next year all being well. "

"The lady herself was lovely bit the room was dirty mould on window frame dirty toilet mould in shower we paid for bed and breakfast but the lady never mentioned everything about breakfast at all no times where the dining room was nothing "
