"First impression was ok but as the days passed we noticed more and more problems. The pool was unusable as it was filthy and over 9 days it dropped to a level of 18 inches, it was leaking like a sieve. The doors to upstairs patio have a gap under neath them that anything could get under including the wind. Kitchen light was hanging by open wires. Beds and pillows had no protectors on them. Down stairs shower needs a good clean especially the lower level tiles. What they dont tell you is there is...

"Location good but would recommend a car to get around. The villa is very large, with lovely outdoor area and heated pool. Kitchen was great with everything you need. The only fault we had was having no hot water, this was on and off (mostly off) which left us with cool showers and Luke warm baths. But overall good villa holiday"

" Small compact apartment that has been refurbished nicely but could do with some updating here and there since refurbishment, such as the chairs on the patio the seats of which are small, short and uncomfortable. The bed linen and pillows could do with renewing also.Tv! Live BBC, ITV, channels were mostly unobtainable. Otherwise a very pleasant stay in a nice apartment in a pleasant complex with a nice pool and poolside and we look forward to returning in February. "

"Great property in an excellent location. Something to note as it isn’t clear on the Vrbo apps, the air conditioning is at an additional cost. The property could also do with providing more cutlery as 6 forks wasn’t quite enough for the 9 people that stayed there. The management company and the owner were very helpful when we needed help with taxis. "

"This was the perfect location and setup for a 10-day getaway on Lanzarote. You will need to rent a car. We hired a chef too, which allowed for us to really relax."
