"Brixham is beautiful. The property has amazing views. Shower over bath, ok ISH, but the tap leaks. It also leaks in the kitchen. No recycling and the outside bin was full to the brim. We paid extra £100 for linen and was expected to strip beds on vacating. Think this is a bit much to ask when you have to vacate at 9.30am and the fact we paid extra £100 for this service. "First impressions when walking in are mind your head! The downstairs bedrooms and toilet/bathrooms are very nice, the bedrooms having enough space for all of us. Upstairs is a sight to behold. The seating areas , including the pool table give a really spacious feeling to the property. When we walked in, it was Wow!!!. The kitchen and dining area were perfect for the 6 of us. "The house was very clean, milk in the fridge, tea bags and cookies. Perfect for arrival! It was exactly as in the photos. We loved watching the sunset from the balcony. The location was excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend to family and friends. "

We were there for new years - three families and adults and kids all loved it. The kitchen is great for cooking and very well equipped and the living area has a stunning fireplace - very cosy.
