"The location of the house is perfect for visiting various beaches & historic towns, nothing was too far. The house is very well equipped and felt very cosy but with plenty of space, especially with our 2 golden retriever dogs. They also loved the garden, with lots of room to run around. We can definitely see ourselves returning here sometime in the future."

"The cottage suited us perfctly. Weather was cold and grey outside, but as soon as we turned the heating on inside, and got the solid fuel stove going, we were as toasty as could be. Cottage had everything we needed - super soft beds, comfy sofas, wel-equipped kitchen, endless hot water, and plenty of space for 4 grown-ups. "Lovely clean property with lots of space and rooms. Gardens beautiful and accessible with seating. Adults and children really enjoyed our stay however having tv in the reception rooms downstairs would have been ideal. Kitchen was really well stocked with cutlery And plates but there was no basics like salt pepper oil etc. Overall lovely family home. plat3s"

"We stayed for a friends wedding, the Garden Rooms are absolutely stunning and were a stones throw from the wedding venue (Newton Hall). The beds were so comfy, the grounds were immaculate and it was a short walk down to the most gorgeous beach! Breakfast was also delicious, we will be back!"
