"I checked in at 6pm on Aug 20th, the hotel office building was dark with a “closed” sign hanging in the front. I then called the office and surprisingly I could neither talk to anyone nor leave a voicemail because the mail box was full. It was upsetting that this hotel completely disregarded their customers in such an unprofessional manner. I was left high and dry and had to rearrange my hotel booking in the evening. "It was a nice place, but dirty lots of cobwebs bathroom sink wouldn’t drain dryer was full of towels and sheets. It could be a nice place if this management company would keep up with repairs and cleanliness."
