"I checked in at 6pm on Aug 20th, the hotel office building was dark with a “closed” sign hanging in the front. I then called the office and surprisingly I could neither talk to anyone nor leave a voicemail because the mail box was full. It was upsetting that this hotel completely disregarded their customers in such an unprofessional manner. I was left high and dry and had to rearrange my hotel booking in the evening. "Amazing time in cabin#1. The loft for the kids was perfect and plenty of room throughout for all 4 of us. Immaculately clean and ready for our arrival. Quiet overall setting.
