There are two upstairs bedrooms -- one with a double bed (very comfy, but we recommend you bring your own pillow) and one with two twin trundle beds. So upstairs technically sleeps 6. The only bathroom is downstairs tho, so if you have walking or climbing issues you will want to sleep on the sofa bed. "We had a very nice time at this home. It had 2 different gathering spaces/family rooms which was great to spread out. We enjoyed the gymnasium in the winter to provide the kids an opportunity to get some energy out. The home was clean, cozy, had plenty of dishes and towels to accommodate all of us.
