let me tell you about our experience at the house in Niagara Falls, Canada. It was a total hassle! First off, We were absolutely drained after exhausting 5-hour drive, only to be given the wrong key code of the house leaving us locked out. We waited outside for at least half an hour, feeling tired, frustrated and stranded. We called them MULTIPLE times but they never answered leaving us neglected. Instead of returning our call, they communicated with us through messages when we specifically asked them to call us to speed things up. They were so slow to reply, even through messages, knowing how exhausted we were. And that's not all! The garage was a disaster, disgustingly dirty and had a lingering, unpleasant smell with garbage in the bins. On top of that, they didn't even have garbage bags. Again, they didn't answer our phone calls until late at night, when we needed their assistance during our first day there. They didn't provide any guidance sheet, leaving us clueless and unprepared. It's safe to say that their lack of professionalism and disregard for customer satisfaction is something no one should have to endure.
