"Not value for money. Dinner was tasteless. Disturbing was to catch a worker at 07:30 the next morning hiding under our tent while we were bathing. The wooden floor has clear gaps to look through. When confronted he said he was there to fix a problem. Complained to the manager and she only replied "Sorry for that". No investigation or request to identify the worker. Internet is non-existent and lights are inadequate in the tent. "

"I'm sure there are more luxurious lodges but this place is more than luxurious enough for 'normal' travellers. Most importantly all the rooms have aircon that works! All the staff were super friendly and service and food was top notch. Dean was a brilliant Ranger, really knowledgeable, and very entertaining and a big thanks to Dani as well for looking after us. We will be recommending Xanatseni to all our friends."

"5 stars can’t do it any justice. This place is just amazing. We arrived here with another couple and they enjoyed their stay as well. From beginning to end of the stay everything from staff, accommodation, attention to details, food, game drives, and the sense of community were beyond amazing. It is a quiet place to relax and enjoy nature and the animals in purest form. We have no complaints! We are already planning the next trip! We’ve traveled all over and this place tops them all! "This was an amazing experience. The accommodation was clean, spacious and well presented. It accurately reflected the photographs. Outside shower and private pool with personal butler. The food was extremely good and the staff went over and above to exceed our expectations. The food was by far superior than high end restaurants. I really enjoyed the entire stay and can’t fault the experience. It was calm & peaceful in nature. I was sad to leave and will ensure I book for longer in the future."
