"Great location"

"We stayed two nights. The area had an enormous amount of snow and there was only one guy working. So the parking lot was ridiculous but I’m assuming that’s because it was beyond their control. Seemed like every parking lot in town looked the same. The room was spotless and quite spacious. Quiet. Heat unit was great. Bathroom worked great. Nicely decorated. Would have given full marks if there was another blanket and a coffee maker in the room. The mattress was the best I’ve ever slept on away...

"Cleanest hotel I have been in in Years. So Comfortable location was tremendous. No noise from other rooms.I will seek this hotel out again if I am in the Newmarket area. Breakfast was minimal continental but good."

I booked it last minute due to weather and the owners were professional, considerate, prompt, helpful, and thorough. The place was great! So much larger and nicer than a hotel. Really big, private, comfortable, clean, and well equipped. "
