"Convenient location close to the A64 and a number of Yorkshire attractions. My room was in an annexe building at the top of the car park. All was bright, clean and warm. The bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable. Ample tea and coffee in the room. Strong free WiFi. Room on the small side and bathroom tiny though adequate. "We stayed here on 2/12/24 for our anniversary, hotel was in the middle of a little village and quiet. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were very welcoming especially at breakfast on the Sunday morning, the girl couldn’t do enough for us and was really helpful. Food was good, we thought it wouldn’t be that good for a free breakfast but we would have happily paid extra for it. Would definitely recommend this hotel and we are hoping to return in summer "
