"Greeted by Gemma with a great big smile and a very pleasant attitude. She made you feel very welcome. The hotel was very quiet, clean and friendly. There’s a tram stop opposite. My only problem was that the bed was rock hard but that wouldn’t stop me staying there again. Can’t wait to come back again. "

"Stayed overnight on a dinner bed and breakfast rate. The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was nice but the bathroom was in need of an upgrade, that being said it was very clean. Inner was fantastic all meals are homemade to a very high standard not a frozen item to be seen. Breakfast again was a good. Very central to the centre of Lancaster. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone."
