"It is a lovely hotel and nice staff, just couple of staff in the spa need more training of how to deal with guests in a better way. Overall I recommend it."

"We had an enjoyable stay particularly as all the staff were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately they did not provide evening meals however there are plenty of places to eat in walking distance. Breakfast was a delight. If we decide to visit the area again in the future this hotel would be on our list of places to stay."

"Nice hotel, close to the centre and an easy walk to the beach. Very clean. A bit dated in areas - but nothing to worry about. Tip - if you are using the pool bring flip flops and a robe as the changing rooms are down some stairs and are a bit cold - this way yiu could just straight from/to your room."

"Only stayed the one night but it was very good. It's quite basic but very clean. The staff that we met were very pleasant and obligeing. Paid extra for the " continantal" breakfast, again basic but very good. Would have been quite happy to have stayed here longer."

Staff was excelllent, our first night the rooms air conditioning was broken and it was late when we got back so we just tried sleeping and figured we'd talk to member of staff about it the next day. We did just that and they changed our room for us. Downside is that they didnt clean the room on the third day despite us leaving the room fairly early, could be because of the room change though, so not sure. We did ring up for fresh new...

"I stay in Bournemouth regularly but this was my first time at Hotel Celebrity. The reception staff were polite and check-in and check-out were easy. The hotel is clean and well presented. The room I stayed in was well presented and had everything I needed for an overnight stay. I would book this hotel again over some of the local competitors in the same price range. "
