"Friendly welcome, smooth check in (used to be hotel receptionist so appreciate that all the more). Comfortable room with everything I needed - extra heater did make it a tad hot but OK once that off (woman of age with internal heating). Slept so well I overslept. Food at all conference events was great as was service. Slight issue with shower head pointing the wrong way and spraying the floor - operator error). Quick swim and steam refreshed me - had I not overslept, would have been down early...

"A good central place to stop. Just need usual awareness in city centres. Good facilities but compact space. No tea/coffee facilities in the room but cafes and cheap food places nearby. Good clean hotel. First stay but very enjoyable close to tram station also short walk to the train station. "

"This is my second stay at the Nottingham Leonardo Hotel and it was just as good as the first time. Staff are approachable, friendly and attentive. Rooms are spacious, modern and comfortable. The hotel is nlt even a 10 minute walm to Nottingham trajn station, a 20/30 minute walk to the main high street and Victoria Centre shopping centre."

"Nice clean rooms but a little date very friendly staff and maids for the room where amazing and couldn’t do enough for us to make our special for an early valentines night Food was nice with a decent selection of bar food unfortunately the steak house wasn’t open Sunday evening The spa and pool area was great but again a little dated all facilities were working and the showers were decent "

"The place was gorgeous! The staff were helpful. We only stayed for 1 night but was a special night celebrating partners birthday, they put a balloon in the room for us and also gave a happy birthday dessert to my missus! Made it just that little more special. The beds were comfy with good choice of pillows! View was nice also from room. Pool facilities were nice! "Historic building right in the centre of Nottingham. Quirky rooms in keeping with its age. There are some bits that are needing updating, carpet ripped, marks on walls, but it was clean, tidy and great value for money for its location and what we needed. The parking is a 2 minute walk to Lace Street car park. "

"It was a lovely stay other than the water in the bathroom couldn’t be cooled down. Was a uncomfortable hot shower Have to mention also that they were trodden in crisps from the bed to the door "

"Only here for a night and out most of it but the hotel was clean and the bed comfortable - bathroom was refurbished and the shower was great. The hotel is a stones throw from Nottingham Castle and directly next to an NCP car park. Only had drinks in the bar on the afternoon - it had closed when we got back at 11:15pm which was a shame as there were still people in it. Handy parking next door if you have the NCP app as it reduces the overnight stay from £15 to £10.95."

"We were in town for an athletics competition and looking for somewhere cheap to stay considering the price we paid was really surprised by what a top-notch hotel it was. Really friendly helpful staff and a very delicious breakfast can thoroughly recommend. Only thing was paying £15 for parking for a few hours "
