"The property was great! The only thing we didn't like was that the pool was so small! We wanted to get in and relax after a long day of seeing the town and the battlefields. The front desk employees were always pleasant and friendly! Especially the woman who worked nights! I wish I caught her name, but sadly I didn't. The continental breakfast was okay. Wish there were a couple more choices as I don't really like sausage and I can't eat gluten. But we made it work! My granddaughter loved the mini pancake and waffle makers! "

"The property was maintained incredibly well for something of its era and fit in well with the rest of the area, which is a time capsule. But a very well kept one, it's tasteful, not everything. The same kind of sign tasteful, but rather a very naturally tasteful neighborhood. The hotel has. The best staff. They are so kind and always helpful and busy. There's constant work being done, but it is the type of place that would suffer if it were staffed lightly and it was nice to see that at least on the weekend it was fully staffed"
