"Let me start by saying I gave the rental company and owners time to review my concerns before posting this. I thoroughly reviewed the website & asked the question is this home a good rental for someone with a walker and was told yes. When I arrived with my 89 year old Mother I saw the two back sets of steps did not have a railing on either side and it was very difficult to get her in. However here are the extreme negatives. The upstairs tub has no grip strips on the tub floor and one family...

"This has been in our 3rd or 4th year staying at this location for our annual summer trip and we will be coming back again! Everything you could need is in the condo. They keep everything clean and organized and they are just nice. Love it here!"

"Decor was beautiful. Great views nearby. All attractions and dining were close and easy to get to. Very peaceful."

"Weekend trip to Davis and surrounding areas. The home is located on the main strip of Davis with all the restaurants and shops in walking distance. It was beautiful and very comfortable. Would 100% book again if coming to the area."

"Quiet stay as ski lodge not open. Home was clean and spacious but could use a little updating/sprucing up. Nice deck with the sound of the creek below. Had a lovely time enjoying the fall foliage, Blackwater Falls and surrounding areas. Not a lot of great dining options. Wonderful escape from our back to back hurricanes in Florida!"

Honestly, this was the cleanest home I have ever stayed in and the decor made us feel right at home. The house and views are beautiful and everything we wanted to do was just a short drive away. Grace was a most gracious host, very easy to communicate with her, though we never had any need to. We would definitely come back and highly recommend. "
