"I stayed at the Luke Hotel and Cravers, the entire month of December. I enjoyed the Holidays so much; I was sad to leave and return to the U.S. Christmas was special. with decorations, lights, trees everywhere and American Holiday music playing. Christmas Day: I was greeted with a gift from the staff, the pool, sitting area and Cravers was filled to capacity with children playing and of course Santa Claus was there with candy for us kids. "The staff was the best part, very friendly and accommodating to what you wanted. They were always willing to get extra hot water if requested. However, the hotel should supply amenities in the room like toothbrush and toothpaste, little shampoo and conditioner. The internet was definitely not adequate in the room, but was quite stable in the lounge. It should be improved. I would recommend Brimak Hotel to friends. "
