"It is a guesthouse so facilities will be shared with others staying at the location. Not the fanciest of places but it’s cheap and the area is fairly convenient to Paris center about 25 minutes. The host was very kind and helpful with anything you needed. You will need to go through a couple of steps though prior to arriving which includes downloading apps onto your phone."

"The host was incredibly kind, always made sure I was stocked on the basics. I had to be in the area for work and there aren't a lot of hotel options in the area, so I feel like I lucked out with this one. The room was very clean, wifi worked great, and was very comfortable. there was a water kettle in room; AC/Heat; very clean bathroom; beautiful skylights and very comfortable bed. "Go to Disneyland Paris got there a day early so we need a place to stay. Two draw backs first no one was around until 5:00pm this is like a Bed And Breakfast not a hotel. Second we stayed in main suite in the main house great room! Tub Shower awful hard to get into hard to use if your over 60 don’t try. Over all we loved the place and the family was super friendly. We left very early to take train to Paris so not sure about food. "

"The property was amazing. It was so clean and tidy. The property was well secured with Digital locks for the room and the main gate and changing those combinations after every guests check out The host was responsive at all the queries at all times! The only issue is with limited transportation! There is a bus stop right next to the property but the bus timings are only half an hour once during day times and 1 hour once during the night! Apart from that there is a Metro station which is 1.2kms...

"I never actually got to stay there, granted I didn't see the small print that said I had to ring 24 hours before but when I got to the Apartment block and rang the number provided the person only spoke French and then the call was ended. Attempts were made to ring back but it went to voice mail. In the end I had to book in a Budget Hotel for three nights which was more then adequate"

"The good: -The apartment itself was a nice place with high ceilings and appeared to be for the most part clean. -The area felt safe with a short 15 minute walk to the tram station. -Despite other reviews, we did have the place to ourselves. The bad: -There is certainly someone residing there on a regular basis as there were used bathroom products, shoes in the doorway, and other things left around the house. "The property was exactly as described/pictured. My daughter got sick on the way over, the hosts were beyond accommodating and helpful! This property is nestled in a quiet area that we loved. We never did figure out how to catch a bus. We opted to uber to RER and back, it was pretty affordable. The location was really close to Disney. It was about 45min - 1hr from most Paris attractions. "We very much enjoyed our stay with Ms. Aline! At check in, she provides a key that opens and closes the front gate as well as locks the room door. She also provided fresh-baked croissants and baguettes each morning (delicious)! She keeps the kitchen stocked with coffee and seems to take very good care of her property and her guests. The beds are comfortable as well. The back of the property is an open lawn with a play set for children. We will definitely visit again when we are back in the area!"

"Travelling to and from metro to the property is not safe at night. there is a square where a few group people watching you when ever you pass that area. therefore we tried to come home before night and not travel at night. due to this I have to booked a night at van de Europa to watch the fire works at the Disneyland. it is cost extra for us when we are thought we can travel from our property. "

"Lovely place to stay really friendly and helpful owners. Parking and very nice evening meal on first night for a small charge. Convenient location easy to get too from bypass and great for public transport links into the centre of Paris."
